First batch of reviews — free

Google Review Engine · for local service businesses

The business with the most 5-star reviews wins.

Your customers pick whoever has the highest rating and the most reviews — and never call the rest. The Google Review Engine gets your happy customers to actually leave those reviews, automatically, so you climb the map and win the calls you're quietly losing today.

What it does

It plugs the leak
you can't see.

Every week you finish jobs that customers are genuinely thrilled about — and almost none of them turn into a review. The Review Engine turns that finished job into the ask, the link, and the follow-up, in your business's name, every single time.

The quiet leak

Happy customers forget.
Angry ones don't.

The customer who loved your work meant to leave a review and never got around to it. The one bad day wrote a one-star that night. So your rating drifts down while the shop across town — not better than you, just louder — stacks up reviews, climbs the map, and takes the calls.

Google rewards volume and recency, so a steady drip of fresh 5-stars is the whole game. Almost nobody works it, because chasing reviews by hand is tedious and awkward. We automate the entire thing.

Your businessHi Dana, this is Madison Appliance. Thanks for having us out today — how did the dryer repair go?
CustomerGreat! Fixed in 20 min and he cleaned up after. Very happy.
Your businessThat's what we like to hear. Would you mind sharing that on Google? It takes about 30 seconds and it helps us a lot.

Fresh 5-star on your listing. Repeats after every job.

How it works

Five steps.
You do none of them.

The whole thing runs off one signal: a job got finished. From there the engine takes over.

A job wraps up

Your tech closes the ticket, you send us a text, or your invoice goes out — whatever you already do. That's the trigger. Nothing new to learn.

We check in

A couple of hours later, while the good feeling is fresh, our AI assistant texts or calls the customer in your business's name and asks how it went.

Happy customers get the link

Anyone who's pleased gets a one-tap link straight to your Google review page. No searching for your listing, no hunting for the button.

Unhappy ones come to you

A bad experience gets routed privately to you — name, number, and what went wrong — so you can make it right before it goes public.

We follow up, you climb

Didn't tap the link? A polite nudge a day or two later. Fresh reviews land, your rating and rank move, and the "near me" calls follow.

The part most shops care about most: the unhappy customer never becomes a public one-star.

Every request asks how it went before it asks for a review. A frustrated customer isn't handed a Google link; they're handed to you. You get the chance to fix it, and your public rating stays protected. Plenty of owners tell us that alone pays for the service.

Why it's the best money you'll spend on marketing

Reviews aren't decoration.
They're the sale.

Every other marketing dollar tries to get a stranger to trust you. Reviews are the only asset that does it for you, on Google's own page, 24 hours a day, for free once they exist.

01

It compounds

An ad stops working the day you stop paying. A review keeps working for years. Every job you finish adds to a pile that only ever grows.

02

It moves the map

Google's local ranking leans on review count, rating, and recency. A steady flow of fresh 5-stars is the cleanest lever there is for showing up in the top three "near me" results.

03

It wins the tie

Two shops, same price, same distance. The one with 4.9 stars and 140 reviews gets the call. The one with 4.2 and 19 reviews gets nothing. That's the whole decision, most of the time.

04

It protects you

Because every request asks how it went first, unhappy customers reach you instead of Google. Your rating stops drifting down from the one bad day a month.

05

It's honest

These are your real customers saying real things. Nothing bought, nothing faked, no review-gating tricks. That's why it's allowed, and why it lasts.

06

It's zero work

You already have a stack of things to do. This adds nothing to it. We write the messages, send them, follow up, and report back in plain numbers: sent, responded, reviewed.

What we need from you

Two things.
Then we're live.

1

A way to know a job finished

Whatever you already do: a text to us with the customer's name and number, a closed ticket in your software, or an invoice going out. We fit around your process, not the other way around.

2

Your sign-off on the wording

You hear and read exactly what goes out in your name before a single customer gets it. Your greeting, your tone, your business name. If you don't like it, it doesn't send.

That's it. No new software to log into, no forms for your techs, no changes to your phone number or your Google listing. We built this for people who are under a machine or behind a windshield all day, not at a desk.

The offer

See it work before you pay anything.

Straight answers

The questions
everyone asks.

Is this allowed by Google?
Yes. We ask your real customers for honest reviews — exactly what Google wants. We don't buy reviews, fake reviews, or pay for them, and we don't run a "review gate" that blocks unhappy customers from Google. Those are the practices that get businesses penalized. Asking how it went first is normal customer service; an unhappy customer is always free to post wherever they like. This is the legitimate version.
How much work is it for me?
None. You give us the go-ahead and a way to know who your recent customers are. We handle every message, link, and follow-up in your name, and you sign off on the wording once before anything goes out.
What if a customer is unhappy?
They're routed privately to you before anything goes public — name, number, and what went wrong — so you can fix it, and a bad day doesn't become a permanent one-star.
Text or call? Which one?
Text by default, because it's what people actually answer. Calls for customers who don't text, or if you tell us your customers prefer a voice. Same AI assistant either way, same script you approved.
What does it cost after the free batch?
A simple flat monthly rate — no per-review games, no long contract, cancel anytime. We'll go over the exact number on a quick call once you've seen it work on your own customers.
Will customers know it's automated?
The messages go out in your business's name, in the tone you approved, and they read like a person who cares whether the job went well. If a customer replies with a question, it gets to you.
Who owns the reviews?
You do. They live on your Google Business Profile, not on anything of ours. If you ever leave, every review stays exactly where it is.
Does this work with the AI phone agent?
Yes, and it's better together: the phone agent books the job, the Review Engine closes the loop after it. But it also runs on its own. You don't need anything else from us to use it.
