Everything here runs the same in all fifty states. Plenty of clients we have never met in person. The Alabama bit matters only if you want somebody to turn up.

The line answers twenty four hours a day, seven days a week — that is the product, and we are not going to sell you a phone agent off a number that goes to voicemail at five o'clock.
A person gets back to you the same business day, and most of the time a lot sooner than that. If it is genuinely urgent, say so on the call and it gets flagged.
