This is written in plain English on purpose. It covers aiansweragency.com, the forms and the
“Talk to the AI” button on it, and the phone lines we operate.
What we collect
What you send us through a form: the fields you fill in. Depending on the
form that is your business name, your name, mobile number, email address, your trade, the town
you work in, a note, and whether you own or manage the business. We also record which page and
which ad or link brought you to the site. Submissions are saved in our customer-management
system (GoHighLevel) so we can follow up, copied to our email, and logged in a private Google
Sheet that triggers a call alert to us.
Chat and text: if you use the chat box on this site or text our number, we
get your name, phone number and the messages you send.
Phone calls: calls to and from our lines may be answered by an AI agent and
may be recorded and transcribed — for quality, training your agent, and resolving disputes about
what was said or booked.
“Talk to the AI” calls in your browser: if you tap that button,
your browser asks to use your microphone and you speak with our AI receptionist over the
internet. Those calls run through our voice-AI provider (Vapi) and may be recorded and
transcribed for the same reasons as phone calls. Nothing is recorded unless you start a call.
Basic technical logs: our hosting provider keeps standard server logs (IP
address, pages requested). Analytics and advertising measurement are covered under Cookies
below.
What we use it for
Calling or texting you back about the thing you asked about.
Providing the services you hire us for (answering lines, routing leads, reporting).
Keeping records both sides can rely on if there's ever a disagreement.
What we don't do
We don't sell your information. Ever.
We don't add you to marketing lists because you asked a question.
We don't share your info except with the service providers needed to operate (hosting,
form delivery, customer management, Google Workspace, telephony/AI voice, call tracking, text
messaging) — and they only get what's needed to do their job.
This site is for business owners and is not directed at children under 16.
Retention & your choices
We keep inquiries and call records as long as they're useful for service and record-keeping, then delete them. Want your info corrected or deleted? Email rufus@aiansweragency.com and it's handled.
Text messages (SMS)
If you give us your mobile number through a form, the chat box, or by texting us, you agree that AI Answer Agency may text you about your inquiry, your free audit, appointments, and the services you asked about. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of buying anything.
Reply STOP to any message to opt out, and you will get one final message confirming it. Reply HELP for help, or contact us at rufus@aiansweragency.com or (256) 921-0951.
We do not share or sell your mobile number or text-messaging consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile information is shared only with the service providers that deliver our messages. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Calls may be recorded
By staying on a call with one of our lines after the greeting, or by starting a
“Talk to the AI” call on this site, you consent to the call being handled by AI and
recorded where the law requires notice or consent.
Cookies and tracking technologies
This website uses these analytics and advertising tools. Each one sets cookies or similar
identifiers and records which pages you visit and whether you submitted a form, so we can see
what works and show our ads to people who have visited before:
Google Analytics (Google LLC) — site traffic and which pages lead to
inquiries.
Meta Pixel (Meta Platforms, Inc.) — measures our Facebook and
Instagram ads and lets us show ads to past visitors.
These tools do not capture what you type into a form unless you submit it. When you do
submit, an advertising platform may receive a scrambled (hashed) version of your email address,
used only to tell whether our ad led to your inquiry. Your mobile number and text-messaging
consent are not shared with advertising platforms.
